Program areas at Consortium for Early Learning Services
California Workforce Pathway Stipend Program consist of a voluntary program providing monetary incentives for members of the Early Care and Learning workforce to attend college courses and professional development events (conferences, workshops, seminars, etc). All participants must be employed by sites that have children in care whose tuition is subsidized by state funds.
Department of Public Social Services Family Friend and Neighbor Program. Program established to help interested persons to become licensed family child care home (FCCH) providers through the CA Community Care Licensing Agency to operate a family child care home. Contract covers the cost of a staff member to work in conjunction with prospective FCCH providers to complete the licensing process.
F5R and RCOE Training Hub Program coordinates all required and voluntary professional development events for staff whose programs are part of the Quality Start Riverside County program. Funding for this project is from both F5R and RCOE in equal contract amounts of $150,000.
