Program areas at Compass

In our residential program, Compass, Inc. Provided full community living services to 116 individuals with intellectual disabilities. Through supervised support in our alu's and group homes, individuals with intellectual disabilities received assistance with activities of daily living (personal care assistance), assistance with cooking, medication administration, assistance to access health services, behavioral support, transportation services, nursing oversight services, benefits case management, recreation services, day time employment support, and psychological case management.
In our personal support program, Compass, Inc. Provided in-home support to 11 individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families to include personal care assistance, transportation, assistance with accessing health care, recreation, respite care, behavorial supports, rental assistance, benefits management, and psychological case management.
In our community learning service program, Compass, Inc. Provided community based services for 57 individuals with intellectual disabilities focusing on engaging people in activities of their choosing.
The supported employment program provides supports to 12 individuals to seek and maintain employment in the community.
Revenue generated from program training and seminars and other miscellaneous income.
Montgomery and prince george's county supplemental funding.
As an employment first agency and through our day/vocational services program, Compass, Inc. Provided community-based services for 16 individuals focusing on engaging people in activities of their choosing.
