Educate the public about alternative modes of transportation other than single occupancy vehicles for the purpose of decreasing traffic congestion and improving air quality. Provide ridesharing tools and instruction to those members of the public who enroll in the commuter services ridesharing database for the purpose of decreasing congestion, improving air quality and spending less money on transportation related expenses such as gasoline, auto maintenance, parking, tolls, etc.
