Community Reach Center enhances the health of our community by providing top-tier non-profit behavioral health and wellness services. It serves people of all ages at eight outpatient offices and more than 100 community-based sites throughout Adams and Broomfield counties in Colorado. To achieve its mission, it provides mental health and substance use services in various locations, including schools, health clinics, nursing homes, and five outpatient offices.

Program areas at Community Reach Center

In order to enhance the health of our Community, we provide both mental health and substance use services in over 100 locations throughout adams and broomfield counties including our five outpatient offices, schools, health clinics, and nursing homes. In addition to traditional outpatient treatment, we have residential services, as well as emergency services provided at our walk in clinic, in the Community and in our local hospitals.
