Program areas at Community Does It
Mental health therapy-70 clients received individual mental health therapy through 801 counseling sessions.
Family educational and support program-882 Community members participated in our educational workshops. These workshops are given in topics requested by Community members and aim to empower families with the knowledge to better care for themselves, to advocate for their children and better care for their mental health and academic needs.
Resource connection- we engage with other organizations to partner with them to efficiently connect Community members to their services and resources, to atttend our four annual Community health events (back-to-school fair, women's health fair, food distribution and Community celebration and covid/flu shot drive). We also work closely with these organizations to bring their services to our Community on a regular basis.
