Resident treatment center - provides rehabilitation to eligible ex-offenders at various levels of incarceration ranging from total restriction to Community service.
Work adjustment center - provides vocational training and instills work ethics with ex-offenders at various levels to aid in a smooth re-entry into society and becoming a productive member of the public work force.
Community Corrections facility - provides rehabilitation services for ex-offenders together with counseling and support to prepare for re-entry into society.
Agency program - provides counseling for veterans, ex-drug abusers and ex-felons
Litter patrol - ex-offenders provide services to the city of youngstown to enhance the city's central business disctrict.
Aspire grant - provides educational programs to enable ex-offenders the ability to prepare for re-entry into society.
