Program areas at Community Connections

Clinical services-clinical services for adult, adolescent and children providing office-based and community based supportive services and an array of out-patient services, aimed at consumers with multiple problems, including homelessness, mental illness, hiv/aids, co-occurring substance abuse disorders, domestic violence, criminal justice system involvement and trauma histories.
