Program areas at Community Chest

Community support: various programs directed at in school youth, creating healthy youth through voice, leadership, and positive alternatives.
Service learning: developing high quality service learning programs in schools. Service learning is an educational method which engages young people in service to their communities as a means of enriching academic learning and promoting personal growth.
Work force development: Community Chest, Inc. works with storey county school district to provide before, after school, and summer youth programs at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
