Head Start and Early Head Start promotes school readiness by enhancing social and cognitive development of low-income children through the provision of comprehensive health, educational, nutritional, social and other services.
Behavioral Health provides ongoing clinical services to CAPE's Head Start (HS)/Early Head Start (EHS) and State Preschool enrolled children and families, as well as to children and families throughout the community.
