Headstart-pre-school Program for 3 and 4 year-old, low-income children for education, health and general well being of children. Migrant/seasonal head start-pre-school Program for 6 week to 5 year old, low-income, migrant children. Provides educations, health and aids general well being.
Low-income home energy assistance Program (liheap) - assistes low-income households, particularly those with the lowest incomes that pay a high proportion of household income for home energy, primarily in meeting their immediate home energy needs.
