Low income home energy assistance - low income home energy assistance program (liheap) grants are made to the six Community Action Partnership organizations to distribute a one-time energy assistance payment to eligible households.

Weatherization assistance program -weatherization (bonneville power administration (bpa), department of energy (doe), liheap weatherization (lwp)) grants are made to six member agencies to install the necessary measures in eligible participant households to make their homes more energy efficient.

Community services block grant - grants are issued to various agencies to coordinate and maximize the use of Community Action agency resources. Community services block grants (csbg) are made to seven member agencies to coordinate and deliver programs and services while mobilizing additional resources to combat the central causes of poverty.
