Prevent and reduce underage alcohol and drug use in the greater Downingtown area through public awareness campaigns, prevention education, speakers, peer to peer messaging,and parent & family workshops. Events, meetings and conferences-youth in prevention program, coalition lunches, parent to parent (safe homes),community events. Collectively, with families, schools and community, ctc empowers youth by promoting mental health and preventing substance use.
