Program areas at CISDR

COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS OF THE DALLAS REGION, INC. provides school based services to school aged children at risk of academic/social failure. Services ensure prevention and intervention strategies to reduce student drop-out rates and reinforce community involvement in that success. IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023, CISDR PROVIDED ONE-ON-ONE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (INCLUDING DIRECT ACADEMIC, INTERVENTION, AND SOCIAL GUIDANCE) TO OVER 10,200 STUDENTS ON 121 SCHOOL CAMPUSES IN 14 SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND 8 COUNTIES. AN ADDITIONAL 840 STUDENTS WERE SERVED ACROSS 9 CAMPUSES IN AFTER/SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING ON SELECTED CIS DALLAS-SERVED SCHOOLS.
