The site coordinators bring together many partners to offer a range of supports and opportunities for children, youth, families, and Communities. Continued on schedule ofull-service community Schools cis serves as the lead partner for seven full-service community Schools. This program leverages partnerships and vital community resources for use in the school that are delivered to both students and families.
