Program areas at Communities in Schools of High Point

Cis of High Point is a dropout prevention program that works within title 1 public Schools. Our focus is attendance, behavior, academics, college & career readiness and parent involvement. Cishp is currently is 8 Schools serving 4,353 students with 9 site coordinators and hundreds of volunteers working towards improvement across those focus areas. Site coordinators case managed 355 students in our Schools. 100% of our students were promoted to the next grade or graduated. We awarded $9,971 in scholarships to our class of 2023 graduates.
