Chinatown Tenant Union - the program unites low-income residents of Manhattans Chinatown to combat displacement caused by gentrification and fights for improving living conditions and accountability of landlords.
Leadership Development - The program is establishing new committees that will create opportunities for leadership for CAAAV members at different levels of development.
Astoria Tenants Union - this program is building a new base of working class Bengali tenants in a neighborhood that is one of the frontlines of gentrification in Queens and the city.
