Program areas at Combined Cathedral Crews Rowing Club
Spring training: students from two high schools learned about the sport of Rowing as well as about participation in a team sport on a competitive level. The students learned to work in unison and develop a strong sense of teamwork. 75 students participated in the program, led by coaches.
Spring Rowing season: coaches facilitated entry into highly competitive regattas and leveraged the club's Rowing equipment and facilities. Coaches supervised practices and coached the teams in numerous regattas over the course of the season.
Winter conditioning: the program furthered its competitive reach by including a winter conditioning competition for all participants and a training regimen, preparing rowers for participation in numerous high school Rowing regattas.
