Colusa County Partnership

The ilp program is a contract with the Colusa County department of health and human services to provide services to participants of the independent living program. Services include recruitment of students who can be trained in the computer lab on word processing skills preparing resumes and learning interviewing techniques so that they can apply for and obtain a job. They are also taught banking and other life skills necessary to live on their own.

THE CORPORATION RECEIVES FUNDING FROM THE UNITED WAY HOMELESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING TO COLUSA COUNTY'S HOMELESS POPULATION AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES IN THE FORM OF FOOD VOUCHERS AND TRANSPORATION PASSES.PG&E iPARTNER ALSO PROVIDED $1,400 IN UTILITY ASSISTANCE.

The organization makes loans to area businesses under the usda intermediary relending program (irp).
