Colorado Circles for Change empowers youth by providing programs that build resilience, heal trauma, and develop self-advocacy skills. They offer youth leadership programs which provide knowledge on resisting injustice and oppression. The organization also offers restorative/transformative justice programs as alternatives to traditional forms of punishment. Their mission is to create a pathway for our youth to discover sacred relationships with self, family, and community in order to reduce juvenile violence and incarceration leading them towards fulfilling their full potential.

Youth Leadership Institute - Programs that provide a space for youth to stand in their power, build resilience, heal trauma, develop self-advocacy skills, positive rites of passage, develop knowledge regarding injustice and oppression and how to resist and become empowered citizens contributing to the better good of society and reaching their full potential. o Xinachtli girls cultural rites of passage program o Joven Noble boys cultural rites of passage programo Youth Dismantling Racism o Calpulli Peer Mentoring Program Youth Leadership Institute 502 youth served ages range from 10-24 years old; 95% qualify for free or reduced lunch; 62% Latina/o, 33% African American/Black, 2% White, 3% other. 9 active volunteers with aprox. 520 hours in the year.
Healing Circles - Face 2 Face Healing Circles 18 youth served.o Circulo De Mujers women's and mothers healing circles
Restorative/Transformative Justice - Programs that provide an alternative to traditional forms of punishment found in the criminal justice system. These programs are rooted in healing harm, individual and community transformation and severing the pipeline into the juvenile justice system for youth.
