The New Haven Center for Performing Arts (nhcpa) educational and outreach mission is to build audiences for the Performing Arts and to deepen their engagement by developing programs that are diverse, multi-disciplinary, and accessible to a broad range of ages, abilities, ethnic and cultural groups through strategic collaborations with Performing artists and Arts organizations as well as creative practitioners of emergent art forms and technologies.during 2017, program plans were significantly revised with feedback from various community groups and input from leaders in art, culture, tourism and education to focus on:1.
