July 1, 2023 to june 30, 2024 accomplishments: rebuilding of program structure to include intentional opportunities for collaboration with partners development of power standards in alignment with ode standards developing a professional development track for contractors & staff that include training on topics such as social emotional learning competencies, cultural sensitivity training & early literacy concepts developed and implemented an improved employee handbook. Established comprehensive operational procedures. Successfully engaged new contractors (18). Achieved "responsive employer" status on indeed. Increased the number of schools to 11 through continued partnership with cleveland playhouse increased total contractors (26 at peak). Increased the number of teacher contractors (8 at peak). Launched stride academy and implemented data collection processes. Recreation and restructuring of curriculum materials and program set up to better serve students' needs. Created and maintained smooth, systematic event operations before, during, and after fundraising events. Maintained consistent communication with donors through monthly updates. Enhanced organizational success and productivity by better leveraging technology platforms such as network for good, givesmart, and google drive. Developed partnership with kids book bank to secure new curriculum books for programming (100 books) collaboration with pc's for people to secure 10 laptops for css stride academy assessments addition of 2 new board members 2024 hired a fund development director/grant specialist, a first for the organization, to fund further programming for the organization
