The corporation is organized for the exclusive purpose of acquiring, holding title to, and collecting income from real proerty. The entire amount of income (less expenses) is remitted to one or more organizations described in the irc section 501(c)(25), which are shareholders. To acquire and hold title to real property, collect the income therefrom and remit the entire amount, less expenses, to its shareholders.
