Our mission is To provide quality services and community collaboration To promote safety and freedom from domestic and sexual violence by empowering individuals To define their own lives. Clinton County Women's Center, Inc., d/b/a Roads To Peace has been providing services To victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Clinton County since 1979. Our goal is To work toward the elimination of violence through prevention activities, systems advocacy and empowerment. Roads To Peace offers free and confidential services 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services include: 24 hour hotline, emergency safe shelter, options/empowerment counseling, support groups, housing advocacy, legal advocacy, lgbtq+ advocacy, medical advocacy, prevention ed & outreach, youth advocacy and referral information. In the 2022-2023 fiscal year Roads To Peace provided services To 586 survivors of domestic violence (432), sexual violence (115), and other crimes (39).
