Program areas at Classical Tahoe
The Classical Tahoe music festival consists of six orchestra, seven chamber and four community music concerts. We are funded through donations, ticket sales, grants, an annual gala and contributions in kind.
The broadcast program was funded with a grant awarded and recorded in 2021 and split for broadcast production expenses between 2021 and 2022.
The revenue to launch the brubeck jazz summit was donated and recorded in 2019, 2020, 2021. But due to covid, the first summit and its associated expenses were recorded in 2022, thus showing a partial deficit in 2022.
