Day services - provides employment and life skills training to adult individuals with developmental disabilities. Approximately 126 people served.
Services supervision - provides direct line supervision of services to promote quality of care for individuals served by Class, Ltd. Approximately 149 people served.
Transportation - transportation supports/services provides safe, timely transportation for individuals in cherokee, crawford, labette, and montgomery counties. Approximately 52,518 one-way rides provided. Case management - case management supports/services assists persons and their support networks to identify and coordinate the use of both paid services and natural supports. Approximately 258 clients served. Housing services - provides affordable housing to families and individuals who have disabilities. Approximately 8 units are available for rent with approximately 36 clients served. Medical support - medical support services are provided for all Class Ltd clients to evaluate the level of wellness and to maintain the client health. Approximately 95 clients served.
