The consilience projectthe consilience project is an online publication and think tank operation, staffing world class researchers, writers, and editors. The consilience project is focused on delivering papers that provide what is needed to catalyze the emergence of new forms of collective intelligence and governance, and thereby strengthen open societies. The project seeks to state clearly what would be required of a Civilization capable of employing and safely directing the power of exponential technologies, and diagnose accurately and usefully why our current Civilization is not up to the task. Content is written, edited, and presented so as to inform and empower a readership of individuals specifically in positions to help design viable future systems that will progressively increase meaningful quality of life for all.
