Immigrant dignity - keeping immigrant Workers and their families secure in their own existing communities. Assisting community members, organizations and individuals, by educating them about the rights of immigrants, the process for adjusting your status, and what family and friends can do to prevent or respond to an unjust removal. Also speaking with policy makers about the need for more cities to recognize municipal identification cards and other alternate forms of identification.

Safety now for all - stopping workplace injuries among Workers in at-risk industries. Assisting Workers facing unsafe working conditions through the operation of a hotline, referrals to agencies, case assistance like translation and public awareness. Assiting Workers by creating and maintaining a newtork of occupational safety and health experts, a volunteer Workers support system, and leadship education program. Assisting Workers and community through education on occuapational safety and health. Lastly, assisting Workers through the creation of polices for public and private institution to adopt that prevent unsafe and dangerous working conditions. Educating the public on the need for these policies and talking to private and public (elected) decision-makers about the need for policies.

Just pay program to stop wage theft and discrimination wherever it occurs. Assisting Workers facing unpaid wages and discriminatory wages through the operation of a hotline, referrals to attorneys, case assistance like translation and public awareness. Assisting Workers by creating and maintaining a volunteer attorney roster, a volunteer Workers support system, and leadership education program. Assisting Workers and community through education on civil and labor rights. Also assisting Workers through a workforce development program, including a job fair, job counseling, and advice on starting their own businesses. Lastly, assisting Workers through the creation of policies for public and private institutions to adopt that prevent unpaid wages and wage discrimination. Educating the public on the need for these policies and talking to private and public (elected) decision-makers about the need for policies.
