Program areas at CHCC

The Center's Long-term Care Division operates (i) the Heritage Manor Nursing Home ("Heritage Manor"), a 298-bed skilled nursing and medical-care facility, (ii) Hillcrest Residence, a 39-bed Class C bed boarding home, (iii) Evergreen Court, a 291 senior housing units (Evergreen Court, CHCC of Wayne, LLC (Siena Village), (iv) the Longview Assisted Living Residence ("Longview"), a 95-bed assisted living facility with a specialized unit for residents with memory impairment; (v) Southgate Behavior Management Unit ("Southgate"), a 40-bed long-term care facility that specializes in behavior-management treatment; and (vi) the Christian Health Care Adult Day Services ("Adult Day Services") programs in Wayne and Wyckoff, New Jersey that provide daytime nursing and respite care for area seniors.

The Center's Mental Health Division operates (i) Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital, a 58-bed inpatient facility for adult and geriatric patients, (ii) Ramapo Ridge Partial Program, a short term treatment program for patients with severe symptoms related to an acute psychiatric/psychological condition; (iii) Christian Health Care Counseling Center, a program offering counseling services to families and individuals of all ages, and (iv) Pathways, a partial hospitalization program treating adults with both developmental disabilities and co-existing psychiatric disorders.
