Opened in july 2018, fellowship square Surprise now hosts 255 apartment homes on 14+ acres, in a fully gated community. Fellowship square offers 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans. The independent living community includes large community and gathering areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a full-time trainer and fitness programming and classes (senior fit). A heated pool, spa, and pool house are also provided. A fully stocked art room, wood shop, various activity areas, are available. A fitness center, library, laundry room, and multiple activity areas are provided. At december 31, 2022, the Christian Care companies own and operate 1,990 units of middle-income, market-rate independent, assisted, and memory Care units for seniors on six campuses, 338 units of subsidized housing, and a 68-bed health center. In addition, we provide assisted living services to up to 106 residents of our subsidized housing.
