Opened in july 2018, fellowship square Surprise now hosts 255 apartment homes on 14+ acres, in a fully gated community. Fellowship square offers 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans. The independent living community includes large community and gathering areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a full-time trainer and fitness programming and classes (senior fit). A heated pool, spa, and pool house are also provided. A fully stocked art room, wood shop, various activity areas, are available. A koi pond, bocce ball court, pickle ball courts, and putting greens are also enjoyed by the residents.opportunities to learn, such as a full-service computer lab and classroom, as well as a fully stocked library are (cont'd on sch o) provided for residents.a garden cafe, and a fine dining room are opened daily. Residents receive dining dollars included in their monthly rent, in the amount of $375. This community hosts 42 apartment homes, plus 28 suites of memory Care, with 1-bedroom and studio floor plans, with large community areas including two dining rooms, activities area and access to the campus amenities. Outdoor areas, a full array of activities, transportation, and all meals and snacks are included in the monthly rent. A fitness center, library, laundry room, and multiple activity areas are provided. The Christian Care companies were founded by the nondenominational Christian churches of Arizona and are governed by corporate boards of directors. At december 31, 2022, the Christian Care companies own and operate 1,990 units of middle-income, market-rate independent, assisted, and memory Care units for seniors on six campuses, 338 units of subsidized housing, and a 68-bed health center. In addition, we provide assisted living services to up to 106 residents of our subsidized housing.
