Program areas at Children's Science Center
During this 12 month period, the lab, an interactive museum that focuses on children ages 2-12, was visited by 15,487 individuals. The lab offers four hands-on stem experience areas: the experiment bar, inspiration hub, tinker shop and discovery zone. Community outreach programs served an additional 8,541 individuals; virtual programs served 1,974 individuals with live-online experiences; pre-packaged stem kits were delivered to 1,979 individuals. The organization also worked with designers and community members to design the facility, exhibits and programs for the future 70,000 sq ft Science Center.
