Children's Hospital Branches Inc is the sole voluntary support organization which raises funds for Children's Hospital of Northern California. The funds raised are contributed to Children's Hospital which expends them on behalf of children who come to the hospital for medical care.CHORI (Children's Hospital Oakland Research Institute) is the internationally renowned biomedical research institute of Children's Hospital and Research Center at Oakland. CHORI was most recently ranked 8th in the nation for National Institutes of Health Pediatric research funding.
