Program areas at Children's Center for the Visually Impaired

for over 70 years , the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired has educated more than 12,000 children who are blind or Visually Impaired (including those with multiple disabilities) and their families. the agency is the only Kansas city Center offering specialized instruction and therapy for children from birth through age 21. In 2022 ccvi served 344 unduplicated children through the early intervention program, Center based programming, outreach service and consulting.
