Filed and pursued a complaint in the federal court for the middle district of Florida on behald of parents whose 12-year-old daughter was transitioned at school without their knowledge and attempted suicide. School officials refused to notify parents because of the parents' religious affiliation with the roman catholic church. Filed and pursued a complaint in the federal district court of Massachusetts, springfield division, on behalf of parents whose daughter and son were transitioned by school officials against the known wishes of the parents. These activities provide representation to the families involved in each lawsuit free of charge and benefits society as a whole by preventing untold other families from experiencing similar violations in the future and protecting their minor children as we create precedents and prepare to bring other similar cases. Worked with several states' attonrey general offices to protect minors against harmful body modification interventions for gender transition purposes.
Education - speaking at conferences and symposiums concerning the sexualization of children and the harms to children's well-being and Parental Rights casued by gender identity ideology. Educating legislators in various states concerning physical harms caused to children by experimental gender-conversion medical interventions. These activities educated the people who attended the events and impacted their spheres of influence. Others were reached through online discussions hosted by these organizations following the presentations. As a result, many families, including their minors, will be protected from the side effects of harmful, surgical and hormonal medical intervention.
Advocacy - provided advocacy to parents in various states and school districts concerning objectionable privacy facilities policies that violated students and parents' civil Rights. Developed, published, and continued to distribute a national school resource guide to provide guidance to school systems across the nation to fully comprehend and appropriately respond to the "transgender' issue undermining children's health and Parental Rights in public schools to every principal in Utah, Georgia, Arizona, Louisiana, Virginia, Florida, and Ohio. We distributed over 40,000 guides nationally. These activities benefited thousands of families across the country involved in the school districts in question. The school resource guide will protect tens of thousands of students around the country. We continued to follow up with school officials around the country. We began drafting and editing a church transgender response guide to help religious organizations and parents within their congregations better understand their Rights under the constitution and legal system of the u.s government as to transgender issues. This guide will benefit tens of thousands of church members around the country as we help their leaders understand their exact Rights in the face of attempted title ix changes by the current executive branch of the federal government.
