Chestatee Wildlife Preserve provides a safe and nurturing environment for over 100 exotic and native animals that have been rescued due to being orphaned, abused, illegally purchased or in need of a forever home. Its mission is focused on educating the public about wildlife preservation and providing a safe environment for endangered animal species. The preserve is located in Dahlonega, GA and also strives to provide the Georgia community with an educational resource to teach both children and adults about the importance of wildlife preservation.
