In 2023, cchc significantly expanded its clinical services to better serve the Community. The organization opened express care, an urgent care Clinic, to provide increased access to targeted neighborhoods. Additionally, cchc initiated the development of two additional satellite clinics: the cathcart pediatric Clinic and the ophelia garmon-brown Clinic, which will serve migrant families and an aging population.to enhance its hiv care and prevention services, cchc expanded its team to include two medical providers and dental services, leveraging ryan white funding to support this growth. The organization also improved its insurance navigation services by cross-training a Community Health worker to enhance capacity, particularly for spanish-speaking patients.cchc partnered with the local school system to provide primary care and dental services to mckinney-vento eligible students. Furthermore, the organization expanded its opioid abuse program by increasing provider capacity and adding a behavioral Health consultant. The program's census grew to over 30 patients, with plans to expand further.to increase accessibility to dental care, cchc dental staff utilized mobile dental clinics to provide on-site care at Community events and schools.through these initiatives, cchc has made substantial progress in addressing the healthcare needs of the Community, particularly for vulnerable populations.
