Cetera partnered with community stakeholders to raise awareness and increase access to resources an opportunities for transition age youth from foster care period served as a liaison between transition age youth from foster care and community service providers in the area of education, housing, transportation, and supportive relationships. Coordinated basic needs by providing access to resources for transition age youth from foster care, in areas such as personal care products, school supplies for postsecondary education opportunities, and essential household goods The Fostering Success Coaching Institute provides child welfare and education professionals with training to effectively support young adults who age out of foster care. The Institute includes various trainings, including the accredited Fostering Success Coach Training, as well as custom and in-service training on special topics.
Provided direct coaching and finacial support to 30 young individuals with foster care experience in the tampa bay area. Provided professional development sessions for 125 professionals working directly with youth from foster care. Supported youth engagement efforts related to youth leadership and advocacy across 20 states in the us.
