Centro De Salud Familiar La Fe

The organization provides medical services to patients. In 2023, La Fe's community health centers had 48,569 medical encounters. Improvements to access to primary care were accomplished this project period through strategic services and expansions. This process allowed La Fe to convert itself into a front-line community asset and medical home for the many families that have become victims of our challenging national economy. La Fe continues to operate its proactively introduced family-centered social services component to assist families to understand and access appropriate services to address not only health care needs, but also the quality of life challenges every family faces when they experience hard economic times.

In 2023, La Fe's community health centers had 10,520 dental encounters through its over 50 years of uninterrupted community service, La Fe has become a stable and reliable leader in the establishment of a health care safety net to continue to address our community's health disparities.
