At the conclusion of year 1 of the TSL grant, CSL was on track to meet performance measures that are in place for the duration of the grant, 10/1/21 9/30/24.Teacher and School Leader Incentive Program: A target of having a minimum of 80% of educators in Targeted Support and Improvement schools will attain Highly Effective or Effective rating resulted in the following from Year 1: 26 schools were served that were considered by the state of Arkansas to be D (Targeted) or F (Improvement) schools. This consisted of 944 teachers and 72 school leaders for a total of 1,016. 724 teachers and 34 school leaders (75% of educators) received ratings of Effective or Highly Effective.
