Program areas at CHD
Mental health/addiction services provides behavioral health clinical services, group residences, day programs, residential support and outreach services to adults and adolescents afflicted with mental illness and/or dealing with addictions.
Homelessness prevention programs provide temporary residences and supportive services directed to return families to permanent housing.
Children and families services include foster care placements, group residential programs, youth mentoring, and early intervention services to children from birth to three years, who are at risk of developmental delays.
Intellectual disabilities services provides group residential and outreach programs in the greater springfield and westfield areas.
Community resources programs within chd's mission and goals. Encompassing meal program for the needy, recreational programs for persons with disabilities, cancer support services and others.
