Housingour housing program serves a wide range of individuals who are homeless or at risk for homelessness. Using a housing first model in certain programs, we help program participants obtain their own independent apartments. Initially, program participants focus on stabilizing their housing situation and then can begin addressing their substance use disorder. Financial assistance is provided to help participants with rent payments, security deposits, and obtaining items for their apartment. Additionally, program participants receive assistance with employment, relapse prevention strategies, case management, and other services. Individuals within our housing program may be new to Recovery or who have sustained a longer period of remaining free of drugs or alcohol. Our housing program supported a total of 110 individuals in 2022. Of those individuals, 93% had no er or hospital visits during their stay with us.
