Although the pandemic began to mitigate in 2022, we continued to face a great deal of uncertainty related to climate change, political division and social strife. To support our team members to do their best work and manage their wellbeing needs, we expanded our benefits to include Lyra Health, a leading provider of mental health and wellbeing coaching. To ensure we lead through our values of bold, community-centered, equity-informed, and wellbeing-driven, we made a significant investment in inclusion and belonging learning experiences and programs meet.google.com/kta-wgaj-cqz formed employee resource groups to create greater equity and community and grew our engagement scores by 5%. We also added two new employee experience roles to our JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) team to improve the way our people experience the organization helping pave the way for our employees to choose their own path.
Catalight formed and oversees Catalight Care Services (CCS). As one of the largest behavioral health networks in the U.S., CCS manages approximately 90 provider organizations with more than 5,000 practitioners supporting 12,000+ individuals and families with 3M behavioral health care hours annually. In 2022, CCS began providing diagnostic evaluations to help our largest funding partner ensure timely access to care, meeting strict regulatory requirements and member expectations. CCS has been able to expand in these ways as we invested in a research and clinical excellence team that is shaping new standards of care with person-centered treatment options that meet families where they are, serve more diverse diagnoses as parity laws came into effect and drive greater affordability. CCS was also awarded a continuation of CARF accreditation for network management. In 2022, we hired a Chief Revenue Officer to expand our impact and serve more individuals with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Through this important business development work, we will enter new markets, create more access, drive quality outcomes with clinical innovation and make care more affordable. As part of this role, there will also be a greater focus on fundraising and shared value partnerships to support our bold purpose and drive greater equity and choice for the people with developmental disabilities.
