Program areas at Carle

Carle physician group (cpg) - serving people through high quality care, research and education. To provide physician and related services that maintain or enhance clinical services. In 2017, cpg performed approximately 829,760 outpatient visits and made nearly 25,800 physician admissions to the carle foundation hospital (cfh). In addition, cpg physicians performed approximately 14,600 surgeries at cfh.

The caring place fosters the development of the whole child in a safe, nurturing, non-pressured atmosphere through play and varied experiences. The caring place and camp caring place currently have 143 children enrolled with 103 being children of carle employees, who receive a 10% discount on their tuition. The caring place also accepts families who utilize child care resource services which is a state level low-income subsidy program. In 2017, the caring place accepted 8 families with 15 students under the state program.

Arrow ambulance, llc (arrow) provides emergency medical assistance and transportation in the champaign-urbana area and many outlying communities in champaign county. In addition, arrow provides services in vermilion, douglas and dewitt counties with multiple, exclusive service agreements in the counties and areas serviced. Arrow has a total of 23 ambulances, including one specifically for nicu, ob and pediatric patients. Arrow provides over 33,350 transports per year over approximately 1,960 square miles.
