Caring Ambassadors Program accomplishments - new content and tools were developed for navigating a diagnosis of a chronic health condition. Website content was updated for better mobile access. Developed a new coalition of advocates and patients in the pacific northwest area to learn and collaborate together.
Caring Ambassadors lung cancer programaccomplishments - the lung cancer Program released the 6th edition of lung cancer choices, a decision-aid and resource book that provides information about lung cancer treatment and management options to patients and their loved ones. A new video series, learn from the experts was launched with 11 vdeos produced in 2023.
Caring Ambassadors hepatitis c programaccomplishments - Caring Ambassadors hepatitis c Program hosted hepelimnationroom.org. Designed to increase the capacity of healthcare providers' ability to screen, treat, cure and support the integration of hcv services, especially among people who use drugs in Oregon. Hosted the Oregon viral hepatitis collective monthly meetings and hosted the Oregon viral hepatitis collective annual meeting. Contributed to the development and launch of the state viral hepatitis elimination plan.
