CAREGIVERS Volunteers Assisting the Elderly is one of the original pilot programs for volunteer care giving in the Nation. They provide support to over 500 vulnerable seniors through the coordination of more than 450 dedicated volunteers and students from their building bridges program. The organization offers home care, companionship, and other services to elderly individuals in Ventura County. As the senior population continues to grow, Caregivers helps identify a network of support services including screenings for those who need them.
