Medical residency paymaster program - the Consortium was responsible for the management and coordination of payroll and benefit services for medical residents who were appointed via the university of Connecticut school of medicine residency training program to Area hospitals. The Consortium also pays for certain operating expenses on behalf of the program. During the year, the Consortium managed the payroll and benefit services of approximately 700 medical residents.
