Program areas at Campaign for Trauma Informed Policy and Practice

The Campaign educated and mobolized advocates around the country to promote trauma-informed policies and practices. Activities included telephone calls, a Campaign to mobilized members of congress and planning for greater integration of trauma-informed approaches with emphasis on opportunities for youth advocacy.
Ideas labs produced reports, toolkits and other leadership pieces for the trauma-informed movement. Reportng covered trauma-informed workplaces, community change and wisdom from the fields of near schience. Preliminary work was also done on a toolkit to promote resiliece coordinating coalitions and supporting students with learning differences.
Press on worked to develop an infrastructure connecting community, statewide and national coalitions to coordinate action advancing the movement. Activity was centered around long term growth along with our climate community of Practice.
