Program areas at California Scottish Rite Foundation
The Foundation operates 14 childhood language centers throughout the state of California which provided 23,107 hours of assessment and treatment during fiscal year ended june 2019 to an average monthly caseload of 478 children.
The Foundation's americanism program provides reading material to public schools and libraries regarding the founding principles of this country. In 2016 it expanded to include veterans' programs.
The Foundation awards scholarships to undergraduate and graduate college students the scholarship committee reviews applications considering the following financial need, anticipated college expenses, academic achievement, applicant goals, involvement in extracurricular activities, work history and letters of recommendation. During fiscal year ended june 2019, 89 scholarships were awarded.
