Civic engagementengagement programs for underserved California communities. Outreach is conducted to educate about policy solutions addressing poverty and community services.
Million voters projecta multi-racial, multigenerational alliance of nine community-driven state and regional networks, that work with over 120 local affiliates. Mvp engages in collaborative statewide civic engagement programs, educate and engage residents to increase civic leadership.
Budget power projectbbp is an initiative of the California budget & policy center, catalyst California (formerly advancement project California), and the mvp to build the capacity of local organizations to center community residents in local budget decisions. Bpp provides funding technical assistance, budget and organizing training to lift community voices in budget decisions.
