Through the employer Talent pipeline management portal, employers of all sizes are matched with job seekers and students, reducing recruiting costs and increasing retention. This construction industry-serving site aims to become the industry marketplace - a place where builders go to find qualified trade contractors; where trade contractors go in search of project (work) opportunities, materials, and workers; and where Talent goes to seek out employment and upskilling opportunities.
