The organization provided services to residents in 2024 as follows:Project Help - 8 applications approved up to $20,000 per applicant;HELOC Assistance - 22 clients obtained HELOC loans of approximately $174,000 in total;Home Fix - We submitted 48 applications for home repair services;Home First Loan - 2 clients received Home First grant totaling $140,000. In addition we conducted online orientations resulting in 780 educated clients in 2024;In 2024 our Pre-Purchase department had 9 mortgage loan closings, 4 with grants assistance and 5 without;NYC AHC Grant - 2 clients received AHC grants of approximately $72,500 in total of benefits for closing and repairs;EmPower+ - 14 households were received total incentives of $108,731; 2 clients received benefits under PULP and 5 received benefits under WAP;The Clean Energy Program - We educated over 2700 individuals and had over 100 more referrals in other programs; Home Retention & Loan Modification - 11 applications were approved and 4 applications are pending responses from their lenders;Free Tax Preparation - In 2024, we served over 1700 families who received tax refunds of over $3,150,000;Network for Good - We sucessfully engaged our network of 5,780 contacts through various marketing strategies; We sent out 12 newsletters, delivering valuable updates and calls to action;Social Media - We grew our Facebook followers to 2,500 and Instagram to 975; Our Thanksgiving video received over 1,400 impressions:Outreach - We participated in and hosted approximately 26 events, sent out over 5,000 bulk mail flyers, and sucessfully received 2,733 intakes.
